Terms of Service
Ordering a commission means you're agreeing to my terms of service!
General Terms
• I have all the rights to decline your commission if I don't feel comfortable with the character (if it doesn't fit with my style, etc.)
• Depending on the amount of details you have on your character, prices will fluctuate based on how long it will take me. (EX: Really long curly hair, extremely lacey detailed dress, a large assortment of accessories, etc.)
• You'll receive a digital unwatermarked copy, usually bigger sized than the one uploaded publicly, via email or DM.
• Make sure to save the drawing already on your PC, since I will delete the files from my PC within time!
• As an artist, my art is constantly improving, and there will be small inconsistencies in the art style since I am still learning. It can happen that the artwork you will receive will have slight changes to the ones you saw in my gallery. However, those changes won't be big, and it can be things like the way I use different brushes, a different method for coloring, or improvement in anatomy. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not commission me!
• Please don't trace, steal, heavily reference my work, feed in to A.I. and turn it into NFT!
How to Order
• To order a commission, please send me a direct message on any of my social medias, or send me an email at [email protected] ! You can find the links to all of my social medias and E-Mail if you click on "house" icon on my carrd.
• Please fill up the details of the commission form and send it to me!
• Always wait for my answer and confirmation!
Payment Process
• PayPal USD only! I will start on your commission after payment is received.
• I will send an invoice to your PayPal address instead of having you send me the payment to avoid accidental transactions / fees.
• Do not send me any payment until I have accepted your commission and sent you an invoice!
• I prefer payment upfront but Payment plan is OK but only in 2 weeks! We should discuss first.

♥ As the artist, I hold every right to:
• Post / Display the picture anywhere on my social media etc. to promote myself. Of course I will always give you proper credits as the owner of the characters, unless stated otherwise!
• Post W.I.Ps on my social medias, unless stated otherwise!
♥ As the commissioner, you are not allowed to:
• Use the commissioned piece for any commercial uses! The commissioner is never permitted to distribute, make merchandise, or use the piece for advertising. All artworks are for PERSONAL use only!
• Change, modify or use my works for anything we haven't discussed when you ordered the commission!
• Take credit for my artwork and claim it as yours. Please always credit me!
• Feed it on A.I.!
Workspeed
• Please don't rush me! I'm quite busy with life and that depends on how many commissions I have taken that I am also working on. You can ask for W.I.Ps whenever you want, but refrain from pressuring me!
• Time until completion is either less than a week or 3 months. If you have a specific date you'd prefer it done by, please let me know!
• If there will be a big delay with the commission, I will always contact you!
Changes on Art
• The sketch stage is where you can ask possible big changes/point out any mistake that I have done before I start painting on it. Please refrain from changing the whole drawing when it is not in sketchy stage anymore!
• If your commission includes a character design or the reference is very unclear, I will send you W.I.Ps (Work in Progress) before I almost finish the drawing, just so to prevent any misunderstandings and to make sure you're alright with the product so far!
• You are always allowed to request W.I.Ps once your order has been accepted!
• Once I finish your commission, you are allowed to request small changes from me such as color adjustments or adding small details that I may have forgotten to add!
Refunds
• Commissioners can receive a full refund if I have not started your commission at all! If I have completed the piece already, there are absolutely no refunds!
• You have no right to cancel a commission or demand a refund from me if I have made progress on your commission. If you do not have the money for a luxury as art, then please do not buy it. I may consider a partial refund if there is a really good reason such as sudden financial issues.
• If you file a chargeback against me on PayPal, you will lose every right to every single artwork I ever created for you. You will be put on my blacklist and you won't be allowed to purchase any commissions or adoptables (etc.) from me. Your name and information will be publicly posted to warn other artists.If you have any questions, please let me know! ♥
